Policies

Primary guest MUST be 25 years of age and be present during the entire stay.

Nightly Requirements:  A 2 night minimum stay is required.  Major holidays are priced at Weekend Peak Rates and booked at a 3 night minimum, a premium may be charged as well.*

Deposit:  A 30% deposit is required to reserve dates, the remaining balance is due in full 14 days prior to your check-in. Your payments will automatically be charged to the credit card on file from the initial booking.

Cleaning Fees: A cleaning fee will be assessed for every stay, this is not negotiable. There is an additional $25 fee added for stays longer than 5 nights.

Pets:  Only dogs are allowed in our dog friendly homes.  We allow a maximum of 2 and there is $150 pet fee.  Renter will be charged $500 for any evidence of pet in a rental that is NOT RATED PET FRIENDLY.

No Smoking Allowed: Renter will be charged $500 for ANY evidence of smoking inside the rental. Evidence can be smell, ashes, paraphernalia, etc. This applies to smoking of anything, cigars, cigarettes, cannabis, electronic cigarettes, etc.

Check-in/out times: Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and Check-out time is at 11:00 AM.  We cannot accommodate an early check in or late check out during our peak season times.

Returned Items: There is a $25 trip charge plus actual cost of shipping to return any item(s) from your stay. Items will be sent via the United States Postal Service at our earliest convenience. We are not responsible for any items left behind.
